is a 501c3 charitable non-profit organization,
which was formed by Glenn Allen Foss, Rick Lagneaux and Lorena Pete.
Its mission is to organize and direct benefit concerts, the net
proceeds of which, are to be donated to various charitable,
tax-exempt organizations in the Lafayette metropolitan area
of South Louisiana. This will enable these organizations to further
promote educational awareness of their causes and obtain
financial aid through concert ticket sales and various donations.
